  • REFUND & RETURN POLICY - ONJAYS876 BEAUTY

    At ONJAYS876 BEAUTY your satisfaction is our priority.

    ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
    We accept returns for:

  • 1. Defective, damaged, or wrong item - Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to onjaysbeauty@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or full refund.

  • 2. Package not received - Contact us at onjaysbeauty@gmail.com after 25 days for US/Jamaica, 30 days for International.

    We do NOT accept returns for:
    - Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color
    - Used, opened, or damaged beauty products for hygiene reasons

    RETURN PROCESS

  • 1. Email us at onjaysbeauty@gmail.com with Order number and photos of the issue

  • 2. If approved, we will provide a  return address. Return shipping is covered by us for defective/wrong items.

  • 3. Once we receive it, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method

    CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours by emailing onjaysbeauty@gmail.com. After that, it may already be in processing.

     

  • EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery by emailing onjaysbeauty@gmail.com. Return shipping to our  warehouse is the customer's responsibility.
