We offer 30-day returns from delivery date for USA, Jamaica, Canada and International (including EU/ UK).

Items in original packaging with tags.

Customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Return shipping is customer's responsibility. Our 30-day window exceeds this right.

Final Sale- No Returns (Hygiene):

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods such as cosmetics, makeup, skincare, and beauty tools that were unsealed after delivery. This does not affect your 14 -day right of withdrawal for sealed products.

Defective / Wrong items :

Email onjaysbeauty@gmail.com within 7 days with photos- we pay return shipping and replace or refund 100%.

Customer pays return shipping (except defective/ Wrong where we pay). Original shipping is non- refundable.
